Once enquiries have been made and your desired date is available for use, you will need to secure a firm booking with a minimum of N50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira) non –refundable deposit which must be paid two weeks from the date the booking is made. The balance is payable at least one month before the event date.

Moving a booking to a new date will be acceptable as long as the date is available on the calendar

Re booking finalized one month before the initial date will be done and no re booking fee will apply
Where a re-booking is done under one month of the initial date booked a fee of N5,000 may apply
If a re-booked date falls under new terms and conditions these new terms and conditions will apply to the re-booking.

Cancellation at any point is allowed however the penalty that applies varies with how close to the booked date the cancellation occurs.
The N50,000 non refundable deposit is non-refundable when a cancellation has been made.
The balance thereafter on the amount paid is fully refundable when a cancellation is made within twelve weeks before the event date, thereafter the following rates will apply.
Within 12-6 weeks to the event…………10% deduction
Within 6-4 weeks to the event …………15% deduction
Within 3 weeks to the event …………. 20%deduction
Within 2 weeks to the event …………. 25% deduction
Within 1 week to the event ……………40% deduction

However, during peak booking period (1st October- 31st January), the rates will differ as follows: Within 1 week to the event …………50% deduction.
